Il JT 3705/USB Explorer e' un boundary scan controller a basso costo. E' specialmente impiegato per bassi volumi e programmazione IN-SYSTEM di PLDs. E' dotato di due porte TAP perfettamente compatibili con lo standard IEEE 1149.1 . Le porte possono essere sincronizzate a seconda del tipo di collaudo da eseguirsi.
Il TCK e' programmabile fino a 6 MHz e JT3705 supporta la multiconfigurazione personalizzata , cioe' piu' controllers uniti tra loro visti come un singolo controller con piu' porte TAP .
